Florence Falls at Litchfield National Park is a great place to swim in refreshing waterfall water. The 2WD campsite at the falls is good. Great value with good amenities, large campsite, firepits and hot-plates. Magnetic Termite Mounds, 4WD Tracks and lots of walking tracks. There are also many waterfalls to visit.
Street food is so much cheaper than eating in the restaurants and, more often than not, it is much tastier. Go further afield for cheaper and more authentic street food. Eat where the locals eat.
Hong Kong is not know as a budget destination, however there is a multitude of things to do that are free, or at the very least cheap, that makes visiting Hong Kong viable even for the most budget conscious travellers. The Peak look out, museums, street art and yummy dim sum… Hong Kong does have cheap ways to explore!
Street food is a quintessential experience of Thailand should not be missed. Don’t limit yourself to hotel restaurants and other fancy venues; if you do, you will miss out of some of the most sense stimulating food there is. Thai food looks exciting, smells delicious and is a tastebud’s delight. Vivid, aromatic and piquant… it ticks all the boxes.

Many of my favourite Balinese foods are sold by street vendors, either from their street stall or food carts. Street foods sold on the streets of Bali, and in fact all of Indonesia, are varied, cheap and tasty.
